The predecessor of the swivel chair: Windsor chair improvement
Thomas Jefferson, the third president of the United States, had a whim about a Windsor chair at home in 1775. It is said that the Windsor chair originated in the small town of Windsor in England. It is one of the many rural chairs in Europe. However, it has condensed the wisdom of folk crafts and art masters.
